Delivery location, method, charges and expected timing are confirmed with you before an order is accepted. Tell us about access requirements and provide accurate recipient details. Contact us if your delivery details change.

Receiving your products

Check the package and contents on arrival. Keep the packaging and report damage or missing items promptly, with your order reference and photographs where possible.

Requesting a return

Contact inquiry@royaltysports.co before sending anything back. Include your order reference, the items concerned and the reason for your request. We will explain the applicable purchase terms, return address, condition requirements and any agreed costs.

Assessment and resolution

Return and refund arrangements depend on the product, condition and applicable purchase terms and rights. We will confirm the resolution after assessing the request. Do not assume a manufacturer's overseas return address or policy is Royalty's return arrangement.
