Cancellation and withdrawal requests

If you want to cancel an order or request a return, contact Royalty as soon as possible. Include your name, order reference, the products concerned and whether the items have been dispatched or received.

Next steps

We will check the order status and the terms and rights applicable to your purchase, then provide instructions. A request does not itself arrange collection or confirm eligibility for a refund. Do not ship goods before receiving the correct return instructions.
